Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to the FilingDecoded Chrome extension, processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with FilingDecoded for any reason, contact us at contact@filingdecoded.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
This guarantee applies to both monthly ($7/month) and annual ($59/year) subscriptions.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and returned to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal link in your subscription confirmation email. Cancellation stops future charges. If you are within 30 days of purchase you may also request a full refund as described above.
